Ordering
How do I order?
Ordering is simple! Email [email protected] and describe your project needs to our Customer Service Representative, Erica. She will assist you with any questions you may have and provide you with a fast quote.
Are there minimums?
There are no minimums on most of our products. We do provide price breaks, however. The larger quantity you order, the lower the cost per item.
Artwork
What kind of artwork files do you accept?
We can work with Excel spreadsheets, PDF files, EPS files, Word documents, DST files and CorelDRAW files. If you are unsure whether your file type is supported, simply send us what you have and we will do our best to work with it.
What is the proofing process?
If the job requires a proof, it will be sent after placement of the order. Once your proof is approved, your order will then go into production.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. All orders are to be paid before going into production unless you have an existing account or are opening a new account.
How can I open an account?
What are your standard payment terms?
Our standard payment terms, once an account is approved, is net 30. If you do not have an existing account, or will not be opening an account, payment is due before the order can move to production.
Shipping
How long does it take for my order to be manufactured?
Turnaround times vary depending on the substrate and process used. For orders that require material not stocked in-house, production times can range between 7-18 business days. If your order requires a material that we do keep in stock and the process is laser etching, rotary engraving or smaller quantity digital vinyl printing, it can be manufactured in 1-3 business days.
Our in stock materials include certain sizes of stainless steel plates and standard sheet plastic, aluminum and vinyl. If you are flexible on the process and substrate used, we can fulfill your order very fast. Your expected turnaround time will be noted on your quote and expediting options are also available on most items.
How do you ship your orders?
Our standard shipping provider is UPS.
Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking information is emailed to the email address provided on the day the order ships.

Can I get a sample?
Absolutely! We have generic samples on standby that we are happy to provide you, free of charge. Specific pre-production samples can also be provided at varying costs depending on the material and process. Please email all sample requests to [email protected].
How can I get a catalog?
You can get a digital copy of our catalog here. If you would like a hard copy of our catalog mailed to you, we are happy to provide one. Please email [email protected] to submit a request.
